Liquid Angstrom Minerals to be taken in the morning. For instance, platinum is excellent for the brain and should be taken in the morning. Take ¼ to ½ capful of liquid Angstrom Minerals and hold them under your tongue for 2-10 minutes. The longer you hold them there, the more they will be absorbed into the body.
