Well I constipate pretty severely I have a very slow moving colon per my internist and after taking these regularly it moved better!

This probiotic was a medicine to me. I had an antibiotic from the doctor that made my good gut bacteria gone. Diarrhea for over 2 months that the doctor only gave me a cream for hemorrhoid.
