Our Carob Powder is an incredibly full bodied sweet carob. It is a crystal-like powder that will go great in all carob recipes. It has a fresh cooling taste in smoothies. This carob is roasted for 10 minutes, basically roasting the outer shell portion.
The pods come from carob-pod trees growing wild in Spain.
