I started w a smaller dose (half cap) with a little food just in case, just to see my rxn to it. I had looked it up and someone said it has a bad combination w dental amalgam fillings so I diluted w water and used a straw. I drank a cup of water after. Unfortunately I became nauseated and tired. Not many instructions on the bottle so I stopped taking it. I had high hopes but was disappointed. Around the same time, I was starting to get a head cold. So I don’t know really what happened cause I needed to take decongestants. I tried it once again and had the same reaction. Another review said to take it first thing on an empty stomach. Someone else said they had so much energy they couldn’t sleep. I was too afraid of that and wanted to kick the infection so I just gave up. I think directions should have been more clear. I have so much left now and don’t know what to do. 🤷♀️ I didn’t have any severe reactions. So not harmed by it.
