Sleep Deep is a combination of two Chinese herbs, Polycladus orientalis (Biota Seed Extract) and Polygala tenuifolia (Senega Root Extract). By themselves, they are meant to calm the pulse rate and help us recover from stress. By combining these two herbs they provide the perfect balance to relax the body and the mind to let them both fall asleep - and stay asleep. Kava and Valerian are two herbs that also help the body to relax. L-Theanine is the best amino acid for sleep and over-all brain health.
